'Someone took this picture at about 0545 this morning (24 March) at the junction of Bencoolen street and Bras Basah road.The man was taking a "joyride", hanging on to the back of the van.The van turned towards Cathay and Peace Centre, and the guy was swinging, hanging on for dear life.'
